Well I placed my order this morning and they were shipped out this afternoon. Prompt. smooth. easy.

 

I was just about to post that i payed last night and i haven't heard from them, but i just checked my junk folder, and bam...there it was. UPS tracking says the package weighs 18lbs!?!?! Thats heaver than my amp was!

For those of you who payed with paypal, how long after you payed did you hear back from a rep at secondskinaudio? I payed yesterday and haven't heard a thing from them.

As long as you followed directions and put Maxima.org group deal in the subject line and put your exact order in the comments box he should know what your payment is for.

When I placed my order via paypal I got an email that same day. BTW i received my package this past tuesday.

Also be sure to check your junkmail filter because if I recall someone else thought they didn't receive a response but later found the reply in their junk mailbox.

 

Wow, HOLY **** this thread exploded. Guys, lemme vouch for Anthony (Second Skin Rep) and his products. I have THOROUGHLY researched all kinds of deadeners and have found NONE to be even close to what SS offers. Anthony's customer service is beyond anything I have ever seen - he even offers his # on his website! You can call him - and talk to him - IN PERSON with any questions you may have. I have called him at least a dozen times before I bought anything. I am currently in the process of install over 500 SQUARE FEET OF SECOND SKIN DEADENER. ( WORKLOG CAN BE FOUND HERE!!!).
