I went the post office agiain and asked for the claim.
But they continued to tell me that they don't provide an international insurance claim form.
They also told me that the SENDER has to get the claim. THere's nothing else that I can do. Can we settle this matter quickly because it is really frustrating.

ok i will tell my supplier to file the claim since your post office isnt cooperating.
please pm me with all your information and what side is damged and we shall get this taken care of right away and i will ask him to send you another side.

well, damged light is passinger side and thumb size gray plastic tab is snap off.
also, i still not receive a passiger side light.

this is the email my supplier gave me.
And for the insurance for both of the buyers, the
insurance has just been sent to postal office. They
took the form, but this doesn't guarantee it will
work. I think it's a good idea for both of them maybe
to check another local postal office. We want to be
safe on everything and for the missing headlight I will let my taiwan partner know about this case,
and will take care of that ASAP.

THIS GB IS NOW CLOSED !!
DUE TO MANY DAMAGE HEADLIGHT AND MISSING GEAR.
We will possibly re-open this gb later on when all previous buyers gotten everything taken care of !
