I dont think they will make one for the 98. You guys might just have to deal with your engine light on. :X

I very interested. I almost jumped on but got lazy last time in locating a temp. ECU while mine get's upgraded.

how much are they from technosquare originally??? How long does it take for them to send me the ECU. I dont think I can afford to be down an ECU for awhile...

They run for about $595 but the last GD they had brought them down to $390 which is condiderably lower. I wish they would offer that price again I want one bad

I read several posts on it, and from what I can see techno's ecu has (as one guy put it) a more aggressive programming design it outperforms jwt, and g-force ecu. But the only disadvantage is that it does not raise your rev limiter,which does not matter if you don't have a MEVI. But what it does do is feed your engine more gas in the high (6000-6500) rpm's so you don't feel the power drop anymore.

i am thinking of selling my techno for 300 plus shipping or 295 local pickup preferred + core swap in a couple of weeks, i also will send copies of the papers to prove it was reprogrammed by techno, i might be going nitrous, i have a 1996auto ecu

There is another post on this titled "Anyone still want a Technosquare ECU for $380"

There is about 15 people already signed up (all we need is 20), if we combined the two lists we might have enough.
