I ordered mine about two months ago and got my money refunded because they were backordered. Well I just email jdmwerks and they told me to send the money. I did and they sent me a tracking number and it should be here tommorow. When I ordered though they had only recieved 2 orders of Illuminas and I got one of them. So try e-mailing them it worked for me.

I thought I'd share this with you guys. I was trying to look for a contact number on the internet and this is what I found out about JDMWerks --> "Stay away from JDMwerks on E-bay if you can..."

Another reply from JDMwerks... They did not ship Friday but will tomorrow (Tuesday) and I should have a tracking number Tuesday evening....

Finally have a tracking number and they are in UPS's system ... I should see them Monday. A little bloody late for the Saturday shop space I had scheduled. My next install window won't be for a couple of weeks now....
Scott is the one who set up this quasi-GD Right now he is out of town...Iraq maybe... for how long we don't know.

I'm one of those guys who ordered the kit back at the end of April. After nearly a month, I emailed jdmwerks only to discover that they would not be available until June 18. Now, I don't mind the delay too much, these things happen. What didn't impress me was that I was not given this information sooner. I should not have had to email him for this information.
Anyways, I sent an email 3 days ago and still haven't gotten a reply. Since I've got full access to our mail server, I know that it wasn't quarantined or bounced due to being identified as spam, so no reply ever arrived at our mail server. (Yeah I even searched our logs)
I sent off another email yesterday but still haven't gotten a reply. I starting to have doubts about this whole situation. Anyone got any information to alleviate this feeling that I'm being either ignored or ripped off?

Ignored maybe. Ripped off, No. I had a similar experience with this guy/company not replying to email. I ordered and paid May 4th. It took a couple of e-mails to get a reply. I was originally told by Scott that they would be available mid May. When I did get a reply from JDM it was June 15. To give them a bit of a break, he/they are not just dealing with the org. There's all the other car forums, ebay, maybe an online business too. I'd imagine they get 100s of emails a day.

This may be the biggest part of the problem. I get the feeling that there may be supply issues with the Illumina kits being so new. JDMwerks was out of stock on the springs and rear shocks when I ordered. When I talked to Custom Maxima they were not going to have kits till mid June either. When I talked to Tokico they claimed no knowledge of an Illumina kit at all.
The Good News.
JDM came through and I received a tracking number on the 22. I'll have them Monday.
