3. NEGOTIATE the pricing/quantity (i.e. 5+ $700 shipped, 10+ $675 shipped, etc...)
3. Post an Official GD Thread and get people on board

Don't waste .org members' time, or the distributor's time...Running a GD is harder than it sounds...
Talking about waisting our time... your the one waisting our time. Everything that you mentioned have been done, I'm waiting for the distributor to confirm pricing, your not happy the way it goes, just walk away.

Hey Triple8Sol, I think my reply was a little harsh, I had barely slept 3 hours the night before so all my excuses, I was grumpy. I should have taken a deap breath instead.

At first it was not a planned GD it was more like a discovery that I though of sharing with you guys then the idea of GD came along. I'm still waiting for the infos from Frank but I'm going to call him this am and see if he can hurry up things a little.

Cheers

I'm interested in this setup, but I don't want to be one of the first people to have it. Can Frank also give names of others who have these, preferably on a Max? I'm not willing to sacrifice quality for price, and won't have it if it's a harsh ride. We also need all the engineering specs - on the struts, springs, mount and perch materials, etc.

I might would be willing to guinea pig them, but only with special "financial consideration". I'm not willing to buy them at full price and then give my feedback. Way too much like free advertising. Then what happens if I don't like them, ride is brutal, returnable for refund, etc. I can talk if they would like to. It would not be the first parts I've been the test subject for.

Very interested in this setup.

JIC A1's are really hard to find these days.

I plan on running coilovers for spring, summer and fall, and then

my stock shocks on H&R struts for the winter.

Good work doublea... count me in for a set for after you get them and review them. I was looking into the JICs (A2) but if these are 24 way adjustable then I'd really be interested in them at a fraction of the price of the A2s.

According to the link, these are for a "2000 Nissan maxima". What about other 5th gens?(Not to mention 4th gen people that are showing interest)

I guess we'll know more when Frank gives AA the tech specs and whatnot. Im deffinitely interested in seeing how these hold up to testing and if they are compatible w/my 02.

A little search ownz j00

http://www.shmotorsport.com/productCat54272.ctlg
95-99 http://www.shmotorsport.com/item141354.ctlg

But there is no mention of the 2k2/2k3 (or the 2k1 for that matter even though it should be the same as the advertised 2k)

WTF, I actually looked at the page with all the other applications, but somehow missed the link to the 4th gen Coilovers. whatever, glad to see 4th gens won't be left out.

Hey K Pazzo, this guy is so hard to reach, I left him one or two messages per days since my last post and he didn't called me back yet. I left him another message this morning asking him if they are a serious business, then if it's the case it's time to move on and give us the infos and pricing I've been waiting for since last week.

I'll keep you posted shortly, sorry for the waiting but those salesman are sleeping on gas.

Cheers

Ok guys, here is the news, I just spoke with another guys today his name is Junior this guys is really responsive and he is very interested by this GD, I told him I wanna buy the first kit asap to be the beta tester and post the result and feedback to the forum. He promess to get back to me tommorow morning with details, pricing and he said they will make special pricing for us. I told him I want to buy the first set tommorow and have those ship via air on my Fedex account, if he ship tommorow I should get it for the week-end and then proceed with the installation and give you feed back asap with pics. I wanna thank you all to being so patient and I'm confident that I will have all the infos & pricing tommorow morning.

Cheers to all.

AA,
thanks for taking the initiative bro. I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say I appreciate you taking the chance and laying out the money and being the beta tester for these.
I'm very hopeful that these end up being worthwhile coilovers

Sorry for all the delay but there is nothing that I can do meantime.

Not a bad price at all. They look to be comparable to the Tein SS setup. Still, i wouldn't pick them over a set of JIC's.

Hey guys, sorry for the silence, but I was busy all week. I finally spoke with Frank yesterday he mentioned to me that the shop who fabricate the MTX wont have inventory for the Maxima for another month, I was like ****z I wanna buy now not next winter, I explain again that there is many people interested in buying the MTX but we want to see it on a max like now or very soon and I ready to buy now.

Anyway I asked them again when If we can get the specs on the MTX at least (I've been asking over and over ) he said he would call the shop and have it fax to me but I didn't receive nothing so far. I'm not deseperate but this is taking longer than what I though, Frank is pushing them to fabricate asap at least a set so I can test and post impression.

I aslo gave him the link to this thread.

I will call them again tommorow morning and everyday until they ship me a damn set.

That's the news for now.

Cheers
