* In order to mount the Z rotors on to our max's the rotor must be milled down in diameter between 3 - 5 mm. I was considering having this done for this Group Deal but it would become much to tedious of a task trying to figure out how much each person needed milled down for each car.

Payment info:

Paypal - I do accept paypal but please add 2.9% + .30 to your total for the paypal fee. Paypal email: ieatstrawberries@hotmail.com

The deal is good basically until I run out of inventory. I would give it about another 3 weeks or so.

hpw big are the rotors? i am sick of our 13" inch ones. they are just too small for our cars. no wonder they warp sooo fast...

These are smaller than 13". I don't really know about 5th gens, but stock 4th gen (and I think 5th gen) rotors are more like 11 inches. if you want bigger rotors look into the blehmco 6th gen rotor upgrade (I believe 5th gens can use stock calipers).

Hi Global,

Was I supposed to get back to you on something specific?

Here is an update for those of you interested. I am currently SOLD OUT of all of my calipers. I will be trying to source some more but no guarantees. EVERYTHING else is still available. Thank you guys for your orders!

spanishrice, i'm not exactly sure what you mean. Calipers don't have an offset. I think what you are referring to is the fact that z calipers will not clear our stock wheels. you will either need a huge spacer, or some aftermarket wheels with more spoke to caliper clearance.

of course. the ss lines are made to work with the Z calipers. Considering the cobra upgrade is still running Z calipers, the ss lines will work.

Sounds good but I was more concerned about the cobra roters being 13" which moves the caliper out more so I was just making shure the lines were long enough to reach but I guess its not a problem. cool

yeah, larrio's advice is correct. even though the caliper is "moved out" more, the dstance relative to where the line mounts to the car isn't shifted too much.

Sounds cool but as of now, I dont think I can come up with the money at this time but of course I am deffinetly going to buy a set in the future but I just dont want you to lose a sale so I might have to wait for the next next batch if I cant come up with the money.

What bothers me is the fact that we need to have the rotor milled down ??? I would have bought a kit but I'm just not interested to see a shop scrood up the rotors. Unless I can find someone who will guaranty me to milled down the rotor perfectly and so far no one will give me that guaranty.

Cheers

mark97se: send me a pm with your email address and shipping zip code and what parts you'd like - i'll send you out a quote.

doublea yeah i agree, i don't like the milling down part either. there are a few other kits available here on the org though that use these z calipers and lines combined with other rotors such as mustang cobra rotors and a special mounting bracket and hub ring that will basically allow you to use a "big brake" setup with these calipers.

On a side note: if I can finally figure out exactly how much needs to be milled down for each gen maxima then I might actually have my brake shop do it and ship it out as a ready to bolt up package. i'll keep everyone updated.

Hey Derrick, if you can provide the right size rotors then that's another story, let me know and I will hopefully buy a kit, since my brake set-up is good until next spring I dont need to change right now, but I'd like to move on with Z caliper which will be sent to the chrome shop before going on.

Cheers
