They're still available, just not at the sale price. They're available at $795 until our new website goes up, then the price increases to $825 - long overdue because the value of the New Zealand $ has risen so much against the US$.

Just call our order line, 800.759.9920, 8-5 MST, M-F. [Once the new site goes up you can order them on line.]

if the group deal was still on i would have bought one today. I can't believe i missed out on this one. I am sure if it was still on, cattman could sell another 5-10 sets easily.

Holy smokes. You guys must make a ton on these headers with the high prices. Any more sales you planning on in the future? When will we be able to buy them for $600?

Why are you asking questions that have been answered a 100 times? Look at the cattman headers and then at your y-pipe, do you think they'll fit together? If they meade a shorty header to fit stock and aftermarket y-pipes the gains wouldn't be as good.

Cattman headers are a great product, customers are nuts about the power and the sound, and I wish there was a fat profit too, but that's not the case.

As much as I hate to say it, the profit margin on these is lousy and most people in this business wouldn't touch this deal. Cost of production is high because its craft work instead of mass produced - which is typical in New Zealand - and my prices wouldn't go down if I ordered twice as many. Cost to bring them to the US is high because the US$ has declined 35% against the NZ$ since we started importing these, and because air freight runs $60-70 per header.

You're not too far away, I'd estimate about $20. You can get the exact shipping cost when you call my ordering service (800.759.9920).

BTW, we're just got 2-3 more sets. There's another batch in the pipeline, but probably 3-4 weeks away.

I showed a tremendous gain with cattman's headers, being boosted... somewhere in the 22 hp range IIRC.... you can see the dyno charts on my cardomain site...

Using the headers while not being boosted will still give you big gains, but not like being boosted will show.

If you want your car to sound incredible, I would recommend getting cattman's catback system as well as the headers... they sound incredible - as anyone who has the setup can tell you... I wouldn't trade mine for any other setup that's available, that's for sure... a nice deep throaty sound - not ricey at all.

again, you can see pics of everything on my cardomain site...

PS - Hey Brian, I replied to your emails a few weeks ago but didn't get a response... did you get my replies?

Guys... Brian just said that the profit on these is not that great... If you all remember, the only reason he offered the group deal in the first place was because he got stuck holding a large quantity of them that another retailer bailed out on...

Think about the competition... Stillen's headers have been a fiasco.... and look at all the recent problems with the Hotshot headers not fitting and having to be manipulated to fit...

Have you heard of either of these problems with Cattman's headers?

Remember, great quality doesn't come cheap...

Oh yeah, I paid FULL PRICE for my headers and Catback exhaust, if anyone's wondering...

We're running very low on our current header inventory, but another batch is in production right now and should arrive in 3-4 weeks.

The only thing I can say for sure right now is that there won't be another $695 group deal in the near future because the US$ continues to weaken against the New Zealand $ and my price continues to climb. As a result, the price we pay has gone up 40% since we bought the first set and our retail price will go up to $825 when the next batch arrives (we've still got a couple of sets for $795).

We plan to have the new web site up by Monday and when the headers arrive, we'll feature them as a weekly special. Since I don't know what they'll cost in US$ till I pay for them, I can't commit to a price right now, but it won't be as low as $695.

He makes a good point. On request, we knock 10% off of our retail prices on multi-part orders that add up to over $1500. [Based on regular retail prices only and there are a very few parts that are 5% off.] There's also a feature on the new web site that allows the customer to design their own full exhaust system - with headers or y-pipe, and an optional cataytic convertor (once our new ones are ready), plus catback exhaust - and there are considerable savings built into those prices.

Obviously I'd recommend going with a full Cattman exhaust, combining the headers with the Cattman Cattback. The sound and power from that combination can't be equalled, as Ceasar's Chariot, Steve at SWAW and others will attest.

Damn that hella sux to hear....I seriously would have bought a set from you when u still had the price at 695....the only thing was....i still didnt have my 5th gen at the time....and i didnt wanna buy headers for this car...and potentially run into a problem and end up not gettin a 5th gen...so that is the whole reason why i held off...and by the time i got my 5th gen....the GD was pretty much over....

well keep us posted at least....maybe u can pull it at a slightly higher price than 695? around the 725 range maybe? i dunno....i am just real interested in this header thats all....until HS fixes their fitment issues and guarantees it...i am sprung on these cattman headers.....
