Let them know that one payment will be getting sent late. I hope they start now because by the time thursday comes they could have a hood or two done.

someone asked about holes for windshield washers ill ask him tomorrow.
im not sure how many people paid so far but im surprised that there is not much interest. come on lets make this thing happen. im gonna talk to a few cali people to see if i can get a few extra on board.

Oh yeah I wanted to ask, what kind of UV protection do these hoods have, and is there any way we can agument it, make it better?

 

i believe he said they used a uv resin along with a uv clear coat. oh for the hood shocks your gonna wanna use your old ones they are weaker that area has been reinforced that is just a procuationary measure.

I just want the hood, look at when this thread was started, not to be a **** but we have all waited long enough.

I wouldnt care if they shipped when the order came but each hood is 3 days to make + them shipping.

i think the hoods maybe around 20 lbs not sure though thats what i remember them saying.

i was unable to get a hold of my guy over there. his partner told me that the hoods would probably start shipping out after the 1st of the year. i wanted to confirm that all the payments were recieved and the deal is going forward. when i get a hold of him i will post updates.

If the hood is 20 lbs and it is $300 including shipping I would like to get in on this. Just to make sure that I understand, I will get this shipped to my door or do I have to pick it up from somewhere else (Like Los Angeles, which would not be happenin' )
