Dial in over one degree of negative camber to bring a lowered car into alignment specs or increase negative camber for cornering performance.

These are indexable, which allows moving back and forth from track to street settings without realignment. Much cheaper and simpler than camber plates and they allow as much adjustment (or more) because the small openings in the strut towers limit the effect of any camberplate design in the Maxima.
