Nevermind they where at my door when i got home. Geez...way to surprise me don!! I couldnt wait so I installed them right away along with deadening in the rear deck. They make my seats shake with 85rms on them! I read something that worried me on the back of the sl165 speaker. It said only 60rms and 80 peak instead of 80rms and 120 peak...but oh well. Thanks and don is god

 

Found out just recently that my tweets might have popped. With certain songs theres a crackling / popping noise ...almost like static. Ill have someone take a second "ear" at it. In any case, am i able to report this as defective by sending em back (Don)? I gave them more than ample time to break in. Worst case scenario how much for two of the same tweets (Don)? Thanks.

If its only with certain songs/genres then its a tuning issue that needs to be addressed, not a defect in the product.

diagnosed by quite a few people today ... just seems that it was something that didnt occur the first couple of weeks ... ive never heard about speakers all together crackling/popping with certain songs ... gettin to the point. how much for just a pair for the same ... loved the quality just hope it wont happen again... price?

 

To Don or guys that have them already, do these come with movable tweeter mounts? Can the tweeters be adjusted once they're installed, hope this makes sense.
