You're probably better off calling them and ordering with someone on the line. Customer service is pretty bad with this company though, i've sent them numerous e-mails and have called countless times and have only managed to get through once.

By the way, good luck on the .Org free shipping discount. They didn't honor mine although i put it in the order form and told them about it when i got through the phone that first time.

 

No, the 10mm is in back order till the end of this month, that is what they told me when i talked to them on the phone last week. Also, you guys are right, their line is hard to get through.

OptAuto is good, but everytime i ordered from their site, things are on backorder. I actually went there first before i went to Ichiba directly. You may have better luck though.
