Put me on the list
Since this is the single best suspension upgrade you can do I want to be on the list and I am surprised there is not a line. All you people spend big $$$ on audio, lowering, tires, coil overs and this is cheaper than all of them and provides better performance. This is going to be my first suspension mod.

Group Buy
We will be continuing this sale for a while. I am talking to Sean today. We have had a few issues with members saying that the tabs have not been level. This is unacceptable to us and this will be corrected before the next set leaves the shop.
When you are ready to buy just email us and we can walk you through it, very easy and we will ship quickly.
Regards,
Dan TMS

Since a few of the 5th gen guys have complained that the main rails/tabs haven't lined up properly, I'm wondering what all you guys who've installed the 4th gen sets have found. Has anyone had any major fitment issues that couldn't be fixed by clamping or jacking the rails before welding? It may have been a problem with their 5th gen test car.

Alright guys the 4th gen have been modified to ease with installation. Heres some pics for everyone.
Bolt on location now all the tabs will be in the same spot on every car. I hope)
And this is what the tabs lined up should look like.
Heres another thing that was changed. Now we will predrill the mount holes for the x bracing. Also you can put them on and add tension or relieve tension
with the turnbuckle.
I hope this makes stuff easier for everyone.

I just got one question.
I noticed that on most of the installs that were already done that the car was ontop of a drive on lift. While here you are installing them with no load on the suspension. Just kinda curious but does it make a difference?

Unfortunately the bolt on the "cuppy" bracket that you bolt the front of the main rails to in the second picture is possibly taken by the 4-point "LTB2" (from Blehmco) on my car and some others.
ninja edit: on second thought, I think it uses the inner bolt, but in a few minutes I'll go check just to make sure.
Again, great improvements, looking forward to getting a set soon... few rattles in my cockpit are bugging me.

We know the original version work great but are just trying to make them better and less expensive to install. We think you guy's are getting ripped off buy some of the installers. Over $300 for an install? Outrageous!!!
We think having a bolt on spot greatly decreases the "idiot factor" Designed for the guy/installer who just can't seem to weld them in the correct position. Plus Sean and I are working on a better intall sheet. It should be easy thanks to several of you guys who posted the great photos.
Thanks for all your support. Also, for you guys who have bought from us and are sastified, we would appreciate a positive feedback vote. We will do the same.

VIP: hands down they make the ride far smoother, mainly because they make the car more solid and that eliminates rattles/NVH. With your drop I'd recommend only installing the welded side rails, but it seems the cross braces don't add much stiffness anyway.

Ok I probably missed this some where in the thread, but I know Josh asked about the 5th Gen SFC. Ok I am totally confused. Is the SFC welded or bolt on? Who is selling? If this is weld on where are people in VA getting it welded on? How much is the SFC for the 5th Gen? How much is shipping? And where are the pics? The thread is all over the place and I would appreciate if some one could tally everything up in one lump sum.
#158
Well, you're sort of in the wrong thread for the info you are looking for. Search the 5th gen forum for "SFC" and you'll find the thread you're looking for. There is also a 5th gen group deal thread and some general threads with much more information. This thread is entitled "1995-1999 Subframe Connectors" and is a thread for those with 4th gens to join the group deal; why would it contain information about 5th gen SFCs?
If you are looking for installation help you should PM Virginia Org members or post in your regional forum. Spend a few minutes of your time reading the proper threads and you will know everything you need to know.
