I just do a tracking but it came up like this, so the item hasn't be shipped ?

Label/Receipt Number: LJ20 8246 447U S
Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received

The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on January 13, 2009 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.

can someone please tell me what has to happen for both bulbs to light up the same colour? I sent this set back once already at my cost, now I finally got to put these on my car and the bulbs don't match!! I am so pissed right now. This isn't a 5 minute job to put this all together. Twice I have done this and now I have to go back outside when it warms up and remove all this ****e and send it back again at my cost? I want my money back!! And I want to be reimbursed for shipping this crap back twice!!!!!!!

Passenger side bulb is off white and drivers side is almost green! Looks better on a digital camera but it obvious the colors are not the same!!!!!!!!!

Many factors:
Different power delivery on either side.
Hazing or fogging or lack of cleanliness on the one side.
Not the same fit - not flush on the bulbs.

That said:...
Your lights appear to be the same color and they are always shipped from the same batch. We test them before shipment and that is always the same.
If you are not happy, send them back and we'll test the bulbs again for you.

THEY ARE NOT THE SAME COLOR!! ONE IS WHITE ONE IS YELLOW!! I DON'T HAVE A FILM CAMERA. I'M TIRED OF SENDING THEM BACK. MY 100 DOLLAR KIT IS NOW 150 DOLLARS BECAUSE THE FRIGGIN BULBS DON'T MATCH.

LOOK AT THE REFLECTION ON THE GROUND AND TELL ME THE COLOR IS THE SAME. THE CAR WAS IN AN ACCIDENT SO BOTH FOGS ARE BRAND NEW. SO DON'T GIVE ME CRAP ABOUT THE STATE OF THE LENSES. THEY WERE BOTH REPLACED OEM.

AND BY THE WAY, YES I AM SHOUTING BECAUSE THIS IS PISSING ME OFF

Looks like the drivers side has a low power issue. That is something that is wrong with your car, not the ballasts and bulbs you bought.

Hook up a hot wire directly from the battery, and see if it is still green. Your electrical system may not be putting out enough juice to that ballast. It happens.

If the 12v hot directly from the battery still gives off a green light, then it's not your car. But that will surprise me.

Do you do custom shades of blue? Such as: a real deep blue like the color of windex if you know what I mean. If so, how much?

I got my kit, a few days ago - super easy to install I might add, and shipping was super fast. Only issue I have is that my fog lights are alot bluer than my headlights, and all were supposed to be 6000k 55w digital kits - I don't know why they look different.

The only thing I can think of is that my headlights are a little fogged up and yellowed, and my glass fogs look fine. I really don't think its just the headlight assemblys though, as you can tell that the headlight bulbs are no where near as white/blue as the fogs are...

We don't do 10K, only 8K as a max.
It's $125 shipped with the correct wiring harness and sliding bulbs.

Also, your headlights have a larger reflector than the fogs.

But they are tested the same.

55W kits arent too much wattage that they would blow out are they? How much would 6000k 55w kit and a 3000k fog light kit be for my 04 max?

So, would I need to get 8000k to match my 6000k fogs? It just looks ricer to have the bluer lights in my fogs and whiter lights in my headlights, and I'd prefer them to match.

$95 shipped. In stock and not, it's not too much output.

Perhaps, it's hard to say without seeing photos of the output on the wall.
Be careful, matching visually on the lights may not match visually on the road due to the design of the reflectors.

Don't get me wrong, I'm happy with both kits, I'd just like them to match. Here's a pic I took last night after they had time to "warm up"(only a few seconds...);

I realize its not on the wall, but its all I could take as I was in a hurry. You can't really tell from the picture, but if you look at the output of the fogs on the ground, you can see how blue they are. Its alot more noticable if you are actually there. I ordered new headlight housings last night, so Im going to wait and see if that helps any before I worrk about getting new bulbs.

What email am I supposed to send it to for review? I don't really see the issue with posting the pictures here, as it deals with a concern with the product that the thread is about...

It sometimes takes you guys a while to respond to an email, but it seems to expedite things somewhat when a post is made
