I've sent you several PM's and emails about my HID light going out. I would like to send it in for warranty or what needs to be done. Please respond. Thank you

Has anyone tried to get a warranty from this company? They work with you and then they don't respond back. They don't even have your order on file. I'm trying to get my bulb fixed and they can't find my order. Multiple emails have gone out and I hear back but when I reply, i get nothing.

I've replied back on 1/5/2011. Heard nothing back since.

Forget about calling their number on the website. It goes nowhere.

I'm going to report this company to the website admins. Their flaky customer service should not be taken like this and if it keeps up, should be banned from the site.

 

The finally got back to me today. Yeesh

It seems this place keeps getting flakier by the month. Why go with them when ddmtuning.com is HALF AS MUCH, and has much better customer service??

 

I heard ddmtuning is going out of the lighting buissn.
Wonder how true that is.

Just called today and canceled the order. I ordered Friday, and as of today the kit still has not shipped. When I called yesterday, I was told that it would ship that day and I would receive email confirmation. Well that didn't happen, so I called today and they had the hardest time finding my order. Then he said that he would "try" to ship it out today, so I said forget it.

I'm telling ya. Between these people and Umnitza. I have ordered from Operatic and had fantastic results. Even after 3 years, the lights still work great. I guess you get what you pay for.

I'm wondering how long it will take in order to get my refund.

 

How good are your hid bixenon kits? ill also need a relay kit right?

Hids in general are awesome. i also recommend adjusting your headlights at least on mine i had to do that becaues of how high the lights beams were. you may not have to do it with these kits cuz they have a good cutoff. Well i bought my mine bixenon kit from ebay.

 

At least you got to speak to someone. Everytime I called, I got no answer.

Took me a while to get in touch with customer service. They shipped it ok. But at the end they held up their end of the deal.

Make sure you note down your order #. They don't keep a good track of it

 

Oh I know. They can never find my order. I'm still wating for my refund

Just resent.

My ballast went this time. I had switched it over to the other side just to check and it didn't fire. I made sure this time it was the ballast.

I still have the PDF that you sent to me regarding how to claim the warranty on the ballast. Do you want me to send you the picture?
