Glad to hear you got them in! the bouncy-ness can be blamed on blown stock shocks, how many miles do you have on them brendan? but yes cornering is 100% improved! I noticed at higher speeds like on the interstate ithe ride is soft, almost stock like, but at slower speeds you can 'feel' the road a bit more.
44k miles on them.

Anyone near the east coast receive theirs yet? I am still waiting and just need some words of encouragement...
I could have driven to California by now. Glad these were at a good deal or I would be hella mad.

Where the hell are u on the East? I got mine on monday and I'm in RI. It doesn't get much further east than that. I was also #8 though.

Watch the Group Deal board...it will be soon as long as all members from last one received their springs okay....probably around the first week of May or so I will start generating interest.

Shipping Fees

How do I find out what the shipping fees to Toronto, Canada are? In addition, I'd like to find out if there are ways to "minimize" brokerage fees...if ya know what I mean!

The 3rd round should be done by now but the supplier messed up my order and I am having to an extra long time. Now I will probably get them in a few more weeks b/c it looks like he doesnt have any more. I was number 4 in the group deal and wont get mine soon unless I harass the guy. Sheesh!

Some people need to post pics of their drops! Lets see some before/after photos of the Maxspeed drop up close so we can know how it looks! Get that digital camera right in the wheel well and lets have a look-see!

I plan on putting up some once I am set. I am still waiting on courtesy Nissan to send me my suspension parts before I install them. Stay tuned though.

Sagging Springs?

Anyone notice this with the Maxspeeds after you've driven on them for say, over 10K?

I installed my maxspeeds with kyb agx struts on Sunday. So far so good, I like the drop. Car looks MUCH better. I don't own a digital camera, but might borrow one from work. Being able to set the stiffness on the struts is cool as hell.

Well I figured whiule I am taking everything out why not get a whole suspension tuneup. Make everything like new, run smooth, and not have to worry about it. So I got the following

1) Dust covers
2) Spring isolator sleves
3) Spring perch mount isolators (upper perch front & rear)
4) Rubber bushings (rears)
5) Front sway bar end link bushings

But for the bushings instead of going back with rubber ones I am upgrading to the polyeurathane option. Just for longer life and better feel.

Oh, ok... My car is brand new so I shouldn't have to worry about any of that just yet... I was just worried that you were referring to some parts that were necessary besides the springs in order to make them fit... I was under the impression that the springs were 'plug-n-play' compatible with the Max... I was concerned all of a sudden that they weren't...

No, I haven't actually heard of anyone with sagging Maxspeeds. As I'm looking further into Maxspeeds (esp. since they're so much cheaper than, say H&R's), I just want to know if there are any shortcomings with them as they get "beat up" over the course of time.

That's why I want to see if there's any feedback out there from anyone who's used Maxspeeds for over 10K miles.

From courtesy it was not bad. About 188 with the maxima.org discount. It would be cheaper if you got rubber bushings instead though.
