Sweeeeet! finally another car like mine

Do you have any more pix of the sides rear and front? how is rear doing with the muffler hole so far?

Looking gooood! Oh yeah, are you lowered?

Also, who installed the kit for you? IS it bolted to the bottom of the frame(the side skirts)? Is it glued? How is the drivers side door doing, is it scratching the side skirt? Cause my driver side door was sagging from years of opening and closing and had to be lifted.

With luck Wizzamax will be able to take some pics of his side skirts and two piece rear valance, and his max is lowered.

Thanks!

hey Wizza, i took your rear shot and made the rear pieces molded

I went a little crazy and took off the bumper lines...and went even crazier and took out your gas tank-lid

I dont know...here it is:

http://mozy.cx/images/molded-rear.jpg

oh yeah, i tried molding the side skirts so that they look more flush to the doors, but it didnt work...im not good enough yet.

Thank god for airburshing

How well would the 97 Ionic 2pc Rear match up with stillen sides? are the ionic rears lower than the stillen sides? I think I want to try something a lil different because I like the way the stillen sides match the lip but the Ionic rears seem to look fore agressive and more pronnounced than the stillen rears. Photoshop experts??

Wizza, If it not too much to ask but do you have a side shot of the car? also, how low are the sides compared to the lip?

the rear is a little bit larger then the stillen sides but not too much, it matches up pretty well if you ask me, and the ground clearance isnt a problem, I am lowered and the only problem i had was the front lip nothing else

I haven't been able to take any more pics because I've been swamped at work and at home. I will try to get some soon. The muffler hole is doing fine thing is, the place that installed the kit for me f'ed up around there so there is a gap by the muffler hole... I had planned on fixing it myself but never found the time. It is held on by screws. I told the guy i wanted to be able to remove it easily whenever I wanted. I haven't had any problems with the sides that I know of.. Now that you mention it, I will have to go check ...

If you would like it to be predrilled then it will come that way. I have had some buyers prefer to have the installer make the holes to ensure a perfect fit.

Take care!

You're gonna need your own screws...possibly some very very very very very very thin mounting tape for the side skirts???

my installers used glue, so that worked real well (untill the time when I tried to take them off for a sec)...I would be pretty afraid if the side skirts were held on with only two screws one on each side.

The two piece rear valance is going to look the same as the 97-99 one.

Sil SE: About the mounting, the side skirts come pre-drilled on the back for three screws and two in the front, so I'm pretty sure that they will stay in place!

The kits are still for sale!

Thanks!

Whoa, so does this mean the 2 piece rear for 95-96 are now available?! If so, then put me down for a pair Ionicmax. E-mail me with the info you need.

Yes, you have to email Jose at ionico@hotmail.com in order for him to tell you the price, it depends on the color of your car. If you color is Pearl White, it will be more expensive than Super black.

Yes, you have to e-mail Jose at ionico@hotmail.com he isn't able to check this thread everyday unlike his email.

About the 95-96 one piece, if I recall correctly he is working on those also, stay tuned for his answer.

Please shop me an email at ionico@hotmail.com with your model year and paint color. It should run you about 80 dlls.

Sorry guys I don't have any pics of the 95-96 two piece rear valance yet, but they look the same as the 97-99 two piece. And yes they are available

About the one piece for the 95-96 model it's going to take a while since I don't have one to work on

Thanks!

What pieces are you interested in? I though you wanted the side skirts painted

Since any order that has the one piece rear valance has to be shipped via a freight company the shipping is going to be a bit high, like 75-85 dlls. The shipping will cost you the same if you get the side skirts at the same time if you can find a place where I can ship them at a better price then drop me a note.

Take care!
