What would b the benefit of the valve springs if you are not using high lift cams?

Higher revs.

Stronger springs should boost performance slightly by providing a better combustion chamber seal and reducing the risk of valve float.

I thought Valve float is only associated with high lift cams where you would NEED valve springs so your pistons dont smash into one another (Valve float). How much power do you think they will add?

You're right, I have no idea how much they will add.

They won't add anything. You can't rev higher than redline right now anyways unless you are running an aftermarket ECU, and in that case, you should be running a VI manifold to make the most of your raised revlimit.
