Does that $175 plus shipping include the belts, b/c if not didnt some one post in the original GD post that they got it for $170 shipped?? Just wondeing because I want to get the UD pulley soon but for the best price.

The belts are not included, but at the same time are not too expensive. I am not sure of past group deals, but this is the best price Greg could give us and he is the easiest to deal with unlike stillen etc. SO far we have 2 people, and more takers? And btw yes this is for 4th, 5th and 3rd gens as long as they are the single overhead cams (not ve)

you know that lag you get off the line when you first hit the gas? well when you put the udp in there will be no lag, once you touch the gas, it goes right away.

cons are... AC might not be AS cold as it used to be.. sound system might not be as strong as it used it be.

Wasn't it that this UR UDP is actually the same size as the OEM pulley but just lightened? If that's the case then there should be no loss in accessory power at all since nothing is being underdriven.

 

i think it does underpower some things, but not to the extent that you dont feel it. anyway your car will be runing any the rpms will be over 1500 so its fine. its just not my time to get one yet

 

How hard is it to install? I got a great sound system, so could I uninstall it b4 I go to a car show easily? If I had a better battery would my system work as good, like a yellow top optima?

 

To be honest all I know is it will underpower some things, as far as getting a better battery that may help as well but I dont think it will make a huge difference. I looked around and thi sis prob the best price we could get these for, and like I said belts are pretty cheap. And yes this will fit 2k2's...any other ?'s let me know...3 down 7 to go

Time is running out, only a few more days to get the total number of buyers needed. All polarG bulbs were shipped out. We briefly ran out of stock on them for one day but just recently got 1000 more in stock. Yup 1000 is ALOT of bulbs.

 

As I can't really wait to see if this goes through I have to drop out of this as I found this for a price I am willing to pay elsewhere. I am getting my clutch put in next weekend and I figure might as well get this done at the same time.

BTW I live right next to Greg in R.I. I would have thought I'd be the first to get the pulley.

 

I got my UDP today Greg probaably shipped me a pulley from the 2nd order because I live so close. That way some poor guy in Cali would not have to wait like 10 days
