H&R Springs Group Deal?

Just wondering if anyone knew of a place which does good group deals. (Avalon Racing, Cattman?, Southwest Auto Works, Shox.com, Tustin Nissan, EatRiceZone.com, maybe even Greg?) Please add any places which you know of. H&R are shipping springs to Southwest Auto Works on next Monday at least and should be in by next Wed. (the 19th or the 26th, not sure...) They're listing it at 209 + shipping i think. Just putting the idea out there. Later.

H&R Springs? What shocks to install?

I'd be in; however I need some info first. I know that people responded to many threads on this issue but I need some straight answers before I commit. I want to install springs for performance issues. I want to reduce the floating I experience at speeds over 80mph. I feel that the car is on the edge (of losing control) at that speed and above. Also I want to lower the stance a bit. Not to low either. With that in mind I know that I will be giving up that smooth feel of the car however I don't want to give to much away. People have said that we can still use the stock struts. Will new ones help? and if so which ones specificly? I'm new at this so all the detailed advice would be much appreciated. Thanks for the coming info.

For under 200.00 shipped that sounds like a good deal, how many people do you need Paul, and what is the fixed price? Thanks

yep, the springs will definetly help. I just got my H&R's installed yesterday. the car feels much more lower, sticking to the ground on cornering. when you over dips, it's kinda bouncy but after that the ride is very smooth, close to stock. I'm riding on my OEM shocks for now and they seem pretty fine. I think the height is just perfect. I don't have to drive up in any special way when i go up the curb or anything. H&R!!!YEA!

When you have a significant tally and ready to purchase, how is payment arranged? I am also interested in a deal on Tokico shocks. Please reply on the latter if you have information.

Thanx

I don't know how everything is going down. Early in this thread Avalon Racing said they could do it for under $200 and to contact them with the number of buyers. I emailed Avalon earlier today and have yet to get a response. I haven't had any contact with the seller yet. As far as the shocks go, maybe you should try and start a group deal for that. I am going to wait for the KYB AGX's to come out next spring.
