bolt-on dual exhaust

custommaxima.com just came out with their new bolt-on dual exhaust for the maxima. I was curious if (w/ minor mods) if you could instal this exhaust on a 96' I30 also. Any knowledge would help, thanks.

I am sure with maybe some minor adjustments to length it would fit. Although I think your crazy to spend $700+ on it. It can be done by a good exhaust shop for less than $300.

How much would it cost to cut away a hole for the other side of the exhaust on the bumper? cause it would suck to have to buy that overpriced rear "dual exhaust" bumper form custommaxima.

It sure would. Do you know if the custommaxima dual exhaust bumper would fit, or would i have to have adjustments made to that also? It states that the mufflers for the dual are produced by flowmaster........does anybody have a flowmaster muffler.......does it sound good, and IS flowmaster good quality mufflers? P.s. thanks for the help.

Yes flowmaster is fairly quality stuff. Mostly used on domestics, but there set up is good for dual exhaust because they have dual out let muffers that are what you need to do this project.

As far as cutting the bumper, I have no idea what it would cost. You could do it your self with a dremel if you got some big *****(don't think I could take a dremel to my car). I would just ask around at body shops. Should not be to outragous.
