Problem after cefiro headlight install

My passenger side headlight is about half as bright as the other side. I have played with the wires in every combination and finally I think I have it right but the light is still very dim in one light. I even switched out new bulbs to make sure it wasn't the bulb. At one point the light cut out completly when I would move the bulb up or down. I haven't really checked the ground yet to see if that might be the problem but I think it is probably the h4 harness and so I'll replace that too. I was hoping maybe someone else had this problem and has an easy fix to my problem. Thanks

I am pretty sure you have the Ground/Hi/Low mixed up.
Does the high beam indicator on your dash lit up slightly? If so, you definitely have the wrong wiring pattern on that dim side headlights.

Try switching the Ground and Hi beam wires.. or Ground and low beam wires..

Which side is pointing upward?

If it's the passenger side.. then it should be okay. The beam pattern of the H-4 cuts off approximately 40 to 45 degree towards the right hand side (upwards). This way it would light up the sign on your right hand side (since we are left handed drive).

You can adjust the beam pattern up and down ward behind the headlights with a philip screw driver.
I think it's towards the center of the car (closer to the grille area behind the headlights)
