Cefiro bodykits

I have recently made a new contact in Japan that is looking into the Cefiro bodykits for me. It does not look good. Pricing on the kits alone is at the very least $700-$800.. Shipping from Japan on the kits will be crazy.
Is there anyone seriously interested in Japanese Cefiro kits? I would rather not waste this person's time if there is no one interested. Interested means willing to shell out over $1k for a bodykit, not just curious to see how much it costs.

Reminder: A32 bodykits in fiberglass from Taiwan is only $700 + shipping from NYC to you.

Well, today was the cut off date for the A32 bodykits at $700 + shipping from NYC to you. No one seems to be interested, I have not heard a peep. I will ask my contact to stop looking into the Japanese kits as well, if no one is willing to pay $700 for a kit, who is going to pay $1k+ for a kit?

I'm willing to pay $700 .. however just not this point in time. I'd rather do it in 6 months -- a little after winter's over here in Canada.

I would be real interested now if we could get the front lip only for cheaper? I think the rear on that kit doesn't match the sides (it's too high), and would rather use ionicdynamics rear/sides for that part.

How many are interested in just the front lip? If I can get a decent size order, I will see if they are willing to do it.

Common guys lets get on this, the front lip is the hardest thing to get for the I30's! Who wants to do a custom job for that? Here's our chance and you can just get the easily available side skirts and rear kits elsewhere. But the front lip .. nadda... Who's wants in on a front lip with me?

Re: Cefiro bodykits

Is this the same kit you had posted in the parts thread? If you could, please post a link to a pic.

Here's a picture of just the front lip:

Here's how it looks on the I30/Maxima QX (or the closest front lip picture of it):

You can see the sides/rear in the middle of this thread:
http://forums.maxima.org/showthread....hreadid=236066

But personally I don't think the rear skirts match the sides. So I'd rather just have the front lip, anyone else want in?

Ok, here's what I'm doing.. No need to pre pay.. I am bringing in 1 complete kit and 5 front lips. Price on complete kit stays the same. Front lips are going to be $250+ shipping.

If you want them, you should call dibs on them because once these are sold, that's it. I'm even doubtful on another round of these.

Dibs on one front lip 100%! Thanks MaxMoJo!

Will consider the complete kit but I guess it depends on my funds when you get them and if anyone calls dibs on it.

OF course I wanna see wut it looks like first.

PmpLuxCEO - I think it will look like this, however it's hard to see, no one here on this side of planet has the kit yet.

Back:

Sides:

Personally I think from the side view, it doesn't look 100% right, the back should be lower -- it doesn't match the sides very well. But actually on second look it looks pretty sweet. Who knows, if no one else calls dibs by then I may consider it.

P.S. - Read MaxMoJo's first post -- it's whoever calls dibs. He's bringing in 1 kit, and 5 front lips.

Just to let ya'll know. The front lip of this kit doesn't have the same curve as the US I30's. Therefore, you (your body shop) will need to do some work to make it fit.

The Side skirt will fit perfectly, and the rear will fit (with minor work).
Good luck

Yes, I had mentioned this in the original thread. These are Cefiro front lips/bodykits that I am bringing in.. Not I30 kits.. This just means I can not guarantee fitment. There is some work involved with putting them on.
For those who want, hell, I can get you a Cefiro front bumper.. But those things are huge too and shipping can be a ***** from overseas..

Well I will still take one front lip, as it'll probably require less modification than bridging two lips together. When do we expect these parts in?

Hey dude, I emailed you about some questions about parts from your web site, not sure if you didn't get em, or is too busy to reply yet. Not trying to be a smart a$$, my email is a bit messed up, so I'm just trying to find out if you got my questions.

Does the "benzo" grill fit A33?

I;m gonna get the front turn signal clears from you, but how do I get rid of the remainder orange lenses? (ie ones inside the light housing). Do I have to do the heat gun trick??

Any info on A33 kits yet?, or just a front lip. I'm putting feelers out for the STR lip, just wondering what else is avail.

Looking for cefiro badges as well as door sills. Got any?

thanks for a reply.

Don't remember your email.
The Benz grille is specifically for the A33.
Orange lenses - no idea...
Cefiro badges I may have.. Give me a week to sort out what I have left after the GD is all sent out.
Door sills, nope.
A33 kits.. I don't know if I will bother, depending on how it goes with the A32 kits.. quite honestly, there's not enough interest in i30/i35 stuff and I don't wanna lose money.

There are no pics on an I30 yet. These are the first of these kits being brought into the US as far as I know.
