I tend to stick with the 5000K fog lights ("H3" also PIAA - but US versions). They don't overheat and are 50 watts instead of the stock 35.
I guess I better update my sig, eh? Recently dropped the RaZo for PIAA Japan model high beams... The RaZo ones are too "blue" in color - and have a noticable blue coating.
Speaking of foglights, can someone please enlighten me on how I can remove the foglamp housing? One of the lamps burned out (2000 I30t), and I can't figure out how to remove the housing.
The 2002 Maxima had to have the xenon headlamps (already stolen once) removed to access the bolts that allow you to remove the foglamp, but I tried unsucessfully to remove the I30t's xenon headlamps (by unscrewing the top two bolts like the maxima), only to findout that they have another set of bolts on the bottom (read from somewhere in this forum). Why didn't Nissan think of doing this with the 2003 maxima? I don't know...
Anyway, I guess the only way to access the headlamp is from bottom of the bumper, is this the same method to remove the foglamp housings as well?
