how does your i30 handle in the snow

wondering how others I30 handle in the snow. What tires do you have? I was spinning out alot this morning only to releaize that I had my ebrake on for about 5 blocks, lol. Other then that, it handles some what ok. Tires srpin out when I press the gas pedal, but after that its ok.

Most important factor is tires when it comes to snow, so it's not really how the I30 handles but how the tires handle. I run 235/45 17 all season high performance all year round so my snow handleing is less then decent.

Handled quite well during winter considering I was using the tyres that I had brought where I previously lived where it didn't snow and I didn't even consider driving in snow when I got them. ABS kicked in a bit when braking, especially when I couldn't stick to driving in the fresh snow on the road where it hadn't compacted and turned to ice.

Yea that is why snow tires are the sheeeet. I mean they suck for performance, but snow/ice driving is a pleasure and less stressfull than in the Brigestone Potenzas.

I have Sumitomo HTRZ 17" on my car and it is still great in the snow. They are brand new, but more of a 3 season tire. The front LSD helps a LOT. I can feel it pulling left to right a bit when I am slipping, but never get stuck. The nissan ABS system is much better than other systems out there. I am sure it is 4 channel. Normally I would switch to 15" all seasons on my stock BBS rims, but I decided to try these out in the winter and have been pleased thus far. And we have had a couple doozies of storms this year.
