Does anybody know how to change their foglight bulbs for 96 I30? Please write an instruction on how to do it. Thank you so much

 

You need to remove the right and left splash guards under the the front bumper ( the ones under the foglights). That will give you access to the back of the foglights. Needle nosed pliers will be needed to remove a clip that holds the bulbs into the housing. Then pull out the bulb and replace.....it's really hard to get your hands up under there and the clip is kind of a PITA. If I remember correctly the owners manual also has pictured instructions.
