Hi all, this is my first post. I was looking for ppl to suggest what would my car need as extrerior looks. i got a Nissan Maxima, middle east version, which is equivelant to Infiniti I35. its olive green.

this is how it looks. its an S.touring version. its like it has extra options, i think.
i just need to improve its extrerior looks. what do u guys think i should do???
i got a few ideas...

1. stripes running from the from till the back?
2. Vinyls?

what other thinigs do u guys suggest? please help..
the thing is am not in my country, am in UK studying, otherwise, i would get real pictures of my car from all angles.

Well, I would not put stripes or decals on the car. That is for sure.

Try some performance mods... Front tower strut bar, rear sway bar, cold air intake, y-pipe, exhaust, rims..etc etc

I'd consider that money better spent.

well i would put on performance mods, but since the car is still under warranty, i would be in the fear of losing my warranty. i dont know if its the same in other countries, but in our country, the agency would just screw around, and let u lose the warranty, by any simple mod.... like a guy put on rims(not nissan it was a jeep wrangler, and he lost his warranty) but sometimes u dont lose the warranty with some agents depending on the mods.... thats why i wanted to work on its looks.. more than its performance....

Check with the service manager at the dealer you like to go to and see what they say about the warrantee.

I talked to mine, and most mods dont really affect the warrantee. Like if you were to put on an aftermarket exhaust, your exhaust would obviously not be covered anymore, and they MAY not cover the O2 sensors.

If they cant prove that your mod directly caused a problem then thay have to cover it. They cant say that your CAI caused a timing problem. Plus, if you did run into a problem, you could just return to stock to get the work done.

Oh... Please dont put decals or pinstripes on your max. Maybe you could get your windows tinted up. Ill be doing mine on thursday. Woo Hoo!!!

yeah i was definitely gonna put up tints... prolly gonna do it a dark black one, or a silver one.... am still not sure.... plus abt the mods, i really have to work out which mod would be best and stuff like that.... am more into styling than into performance....
