This has been discussed many, many times.
no one has actually completed it. Well one guy claimed to but did not provide pics or proof. There is a guy using a VQ35 built bottom end with VQ30 heads and turbo but he has yet to run the engine.
So doing it would be pioneering something major and would be a huge undertaking. I am sure it's possible but it's not like a honda swap where everything bolts up.
