fog write up

Hey i have read a few ways to do this but this should work on an i30 right? http://www.innerbean.com/housecor/fog_rewire.html
This way seems the simplest, and i think the only difference is the max has a yellow fog wire and the i30 uses a pink one (2000). I just wanted to post before i start cutting wires, cuz maybe someone knows something i didnt think of. (this is the best write up ive seen). thanks.

that's a great fog write up! Anyone done it yet? I was also thinking of doing the same with the cornering light.

Curious though. Does the i30 not use a H3 33W bulb instead of the H3 55W? I hear there is a difference in the base of the bulb which needs some drilling.

hmm i havent looked into that but i thought h3 was the size (hence base) and 35 was just the power rating.

I did mine tonight, following these instructions! Worked great... only problem I had was getting the quick connector to work... I ended up just soldering the spliced wire...

Great write up though! Fogs + DDE's work great now!
