Whats good for a lower?

ok i know the basics of what I need. I know i need the drop springs and new struts. Waht companied are good. i want a pretty evenn drop i say some springs with a greater drop then the others.

i thought these looked good

thats a pretty even drop you know. otherwise what other kits would be good. and also what struts would be good. eventually i plan on putting on a sway bar, what kind is good for that. and tie bars to keep the suspension tight

I'm using KYB/AGX with H&R springs. It's an even drop all the way around, and I almost maintain stock like ride even over rough pothole ridden roads.

I have KYB AGX with Intrax springs. Much lower than H&Rs, better handling, too. BUT you sacrifice ride quality and comfort. See my homepage for pics.

You can get those H&R springs for much cheaper than the place where you posted a link to. Well, with free shipping that might not be too bad, but in the 4th Gen for sale section there was a used set fro $140. For the most part, used springs do NOT depreciate in terms of their ability to do ther job. Unless they were abused or have 150K+ miles on them, they are as good as new, BUT they are already "settled."

Sway bars are a great investment. I had an addco and now I have a Stillen. The stillen is SLIGHTLY better, but it is 2x as expensive as other brands. I liked the addco- it definately made an improvement in handling. It is around $100-125. Progress makes an RSB as well for about the same price, but I know nothing about how it is as a product.

FSTB (strut bars) are a dime a dozen. There are a few "upscale" models, but for the most part the ones on eBay for $25 shipped are as good as the more expensive ones.

The red-glow bulbs are from any auto parts store. I got red "194" bulbs and swapped the OEM green bulbls out and these went right in the factory locations. The red glow is really good to help in nighttime vision.
