Cigarette Lighter Broken -- Checklist for Fixing?

Today, while I was driving, I noticed that the cigarette lighter isn't working in my car (I don't smoke, but my cell phone wasn't charging). I checked the cigarette fuse, but it wasn't blown. Is there anything else I should be checking that I've missed?

should i just replace the cigarette lighter socket entirely?

nevermind. i'm a newb. i was looking at the wrong fuse, replaced fuse and it's working again. *D'OH*

LOL -- or showed my peers how much of a newb I was!!! I originally thought because it said 15 by the cigarette lighter, I was supposed to look under fuse #15.
