rear bumper conversion or bodykit

Can somebody tell me if the rear bumper from a 97 maxima fits on the I30 or the european maxima? I mean not perfectly, but with some work?

Or is somebody in the forum who can ship an asian bodykit to germany for a friendly shipping cost?

thanks Robert

Every bumper could fit a max when you put enough work in it. But it won't be a direct bolt on.

The Maxima-QX and the infiniti are a few inches wider then the US maxima, so it wont be a direct fit.

Good luck.

Damn, do you know where I can get something for the rear bumper to get it lower?

Hey German that is exactly what I am talking about. The rear bumpber needs a lip.

See the discussion on this thread "Probably the crazyiest A33 I30 body kit ever"

You could try and modifie a Stillen rear skirt, or get the lower bumper from evolution. However, I think it's a pain in the a$$ to get one of those, communications would be difficult since they type in chineese or something.

It would be much cheaper to have the stillen rear custom molded to fit than trying to fit a maxima bumper on the car then adding the stillen kit.
