So I installed Piaa yellow H3s, but it's not as bright as it should be. Friends say it's the fog housing. How would I correct this problem?

whats the wattage...i learned my lesson of wattage by putting 100w...in other words i screwed myself...i burnt something out i wanna know...

the sanding process should do it....start with 500 grit then gradually go up to 2000 then get some plastic polish.

it's 55w. i'm pretty sure they should be brighter than what they should be, since the same bulbs were used on my friend's g20, which was very bright, and quite annoying driving in front of him might i add. that's what i want =)

so for the sanding thing, would i do that to the inside of the glass? so i have to remove the whole unit out?
