Amber light replacement for cefiro headlights
I have cefiro headlights on my 96 i30t and want to replace the amber corner bulb with a super white one. No blue tint at all. What kind of bulb do I get and what brand is whitest?

The amber turn signal bulb... OK, well I had a bright white turn signal bulb in my I30 before getting my Cefiros and I believe I found it at Autozone or PepBoys. I will have to go out to the car and look in the trunk to see if I can find out what type of bulb it was, but when I do, I will let you know. It was very bright and did not have a blue tint to it.
In my Cefiros, I went with a completely Chrome bulb so when the bulb is off, it looks Chrome, and when it is on it is Amber. The reason I went with that instead of white was because my LED turn Signal mirrors are amber and I wanted everything to match. Plus, I have illegal tint on my car and don't want to give the cops any reason to hassle me. DAMN BAD COPS!!!

Yeah Doc, please get back with that type of bulb if you can. I'm getting the LED Mirrors soon, and I'm thinkin about desoldering and soldering in White LEDs. I've heard it's actually kinda hard cuz you gotta get them in a straight, symetrical line but it can be done. So just in case I do, I'd like to get the signals for the front and back as well.

Yes, I believe it is a 1156 bulb I believe, but if you look at the bulb, it is completely chrome on the outside. I did not get a chance to get to the parts store this past weekend to see what the brand is, but let me check the web for you and see if I can find others similar.................

There you go guys. You should be able to find any size chrome bulb here. I have not bought from them before, but the prices seem fair and I have heard of the site before a lot, so I am sure it would be safe to order from.

PS: I also used the 194 chrome white bulb in my Cefiros for the parking light.
Basically: Chrome/white parking light, chrome/amber turn signal bulb, H4 hyper white headlights.
