does anyone know a good place to get one of these for a 96 i30??? when someone broke into my car they broke this too and now its ruining the car's luxury factor....i want a new one...anyone know of someone that can help?

 

If your car was broken into and they borke it, then I would have the insurance company get you a new one from the dealer.

umm....i dont think i typed that right...look at the interior page of my cardomain site...it shows where the break is and what it looks like...its the wood piece around the audio head unit..

 

Oh, well I believe you can get that piece from the site I listed above as well. Check it out or better yet, call them and ask. They are very friendly and helpeful.

 

Oh, that's nothing. I'm sure you can find a Max owner that is selling the woodgrain to get an all black dash or like Doc said parting it out. If it was the whole console that would have been a b*tch, but then you coulda just got the Maxima one with the cover over the cupholder and a coinholder, but no rear ashtray. Not that I use mine, but for looks especially since it's Woodgrain.

 

Why in the hell do some people have the wood grain rear ash tray and others dont?

Wow... I don't know what the hell is going on with sh!tty earthlink. Perhaps the best way to reply is through the forum. I know it is a PITA, but it is all I have until I can get this problem resolved. It seems reliable, as I got your PM. I will take the tails and the rear woodgrain ashtray. I think I will pass on the wheel though. I will probably get a tan all leather one from a scrap yard, and I am going to have to hold off on the LED mirror covers for now. Thanks for the research though.
