Hi,
I have a 96 I30t and the brake light dont work no more when I brake. The car has a spoiler that has a long thin brake light also and it too, doesn't work. The whole brake light just stop working. However, when I turn on the headlight, the light works just fine. I am wondering if there is a fuse somewhere that is blown. Do you know where/what I should check? Is there a fusebox in the engine compartment that has all the fuses? Please help.

 

You need to check the fuses in the cabin. If that does not solve the problem, you might need to replace the whole light.
