Extended: GD on Place Racing CAIs
Just an FYI for those that do not know. The deal has been extended until the end of the month.
Group Buy deal on some Place Racing Cold Air Intakes!!

From what I hear, Place Racing is going out of business. That is the reason for the sale.

Meta, Cutting the hole will not void your warranty. The only the cai will void the warranty is if it causes damage to the engine. That is not likely.
Or you can always buy it and use the upper section and have a WAI for now and when the warranty is up you can install the lower section for the cold air.
Or you can buy it now while it is on sale and sit on it and have it drive you nuts everytime you look at it in the box.
Just a thought.
Didn't you get your front lip spoilers from Luke aka LP? I am really digging those! Think he could do a group deal if we got the folks?

I'm not really worried about the warranty...if I was I wouldn't have done suspension mods and whatnot.
The price is too good to pass up, but I need to see if I have enough cash to lay out for it with this being the holiday season and all.
Oh and don't worry, I'd use it as a real CAI. I have no desire to ever have a WAI setup on this car, and the PRCAI is the only intake I'd ever consider installing.
