Infiniti steering wheel emblem...

Hey all, I was just wondering if anyone knew where to get a chrome infiniti emblem that fits the one on our steering wheels (A32).

I dont mean to rain on your parade, but this is not something you should do. The reason that there isn't an emblem there is that if the airbag were to go off, that emblem becomes a bullet and would probably kill you if it hit you in the head. I remember reading something about the strength of the rivets holding the Volvo logo on the steering wheel of the old 850. They were redicuolously strong so that this wouldn't occur.

I got it on mine. It's the same exact size emblem as on the Stock grille. All I did was take some fishing line and saw it behind the emblew to get it off. Then there's 2 posts on the back, so you gotta clip them down and sand em down to get a flat surface (not hard at all) and then glue it on with krazy glue or adhesive spray. I actually got a pic of it, minus the fact that it is old and isn't a Digital, but other than that it does it's job.

Here:

Well, first off he's right about the Airbag thing I guess, but you could be in the best neighborhood in the world and still get shot or robbed too. Chances of it happening are slim, just like it hittin you in the eye or suttin, but it is not a hard, heavy piece at all either it's plastic with a chrome shell. The only way it would hit you is if the glue gave and it came off, otherwise it wouldn't. Plus you gotta be in a front end accident too.

Anyways, WOW why did you throw the grill out? You could have easily sold it to somebody on here that got into an accident or is looking for another grill to do a project on, etc. As for the pic, it should work just keep reloading until it comes up cuz there's nothing bad about the link that I know of. I'll post it again though, just in case.

Max, I love the way that looks.
Does anyone know if the pre-2000 grill comes with the emblem or is the emblem sold separately?

Old grills have emblems. I put mine on the hood after the cefiro grill went on. Looks awesome!! I'd not recommend putting anything on the wheel either. I had to put bags in my car and the guy that installed them said that you shouldn't even put decals or paint on your bags. When they go off they literally explode. They can't even be shipped by plane unless they are in a steel box if that gives you any idea of the power.

Car looks nice

Don't think I have seen that deep blue color before. Is it stock paint?

How's the ride compared to stock?

Stock = 10
Coilovers = ?

Kind of interesting with the coilovers. At low speeds (10 - 40) it is a bit bouncy... But at higher speeds it is very smooth. I'd rate them maybe a 7 overall? I do have it all the way down so that does affect it some. When I bring it up for snow it is smoother.

Not that it matters since I tossed my old grill in the trash, but I recall the emblem on it being much smaller than what you have put on your wheel.

Looks damned nice though!
