is it good, i choose this one because it comes with a k and n filter, but it is as good as an ingen? essentially its just piping right?

seems like a good buy to me. It is a shame that it does not come with a velocity stack, but then again for only $80, who cares about the velocity stack.

no look at it. and pro car parts i believe is a house ran business in el monte, just make sure you ask if everything bolts up in the right spots, because 9 of 10 times it wont.
