In Dash Head Unit Mount?

So, I'm looking for a head unit mount for my 97 i30t. I'm gonna toss the Bose and get a nice alpine head unit, but I wanted to know if anyone knows what mount I should buy. I have been to crutchfield.com and seen that they have many mounts, but none say infiniti. I'm guessing this is because it's identical to the max, but was wondering if anyone actualy knows which mount will fit the space, before I just take a shot in the dark.

There are none currently out there for the I30s. I talked to a couple of the reps at CES this weekend. Schoshe says thye have plans to make one but it is at the bottom of the list. Metra is supposed to give me a call and let me know if they will or will not make them.

If you have a 97 then the maxima mount will fit. 2000+ won't.

That's only for the 2000+ i30/i35 I have a 1997.

You should get a screen to put in the big bose hole and the head unit underneath the screem.....pimp

check out ebay for screens and such... they have good prices
That's what I'm gonna do when the bose goes bad.

Thats the same thing I'm doing right now. Right now I have a flip out TV but I don't like it. I'm looking for a screeen to install flush with my dash kit and put the head unit in the little pocket that slides out. Look on ebay. Most headrest TVs should be able to do it. I'm looking at a 7.2 inch screen. You can get them for about $90. Then the head unit will differ on which name brand you choose.

I'm not sure if it's being sold anymore, but a lot of people with 4th gens bought the Microvision 7" screen and it seemed to fit pretty well. Check the FS or Group Deal forums if you are interested in one of these. A nice 7" screen and a head unit that can play DVDs would be a really nice setup.
