Is $168 too much for a pair of front Power Slot brake rotors?

I need new rotors, but I don't want the cross-drilled type. These are on eBay. Is $168 a fair price or does anyone know where I can find them for less?

Thanks.

The search topols are not active right now or I'd look around for it....

Anyway, I need rotors too & am interested in slotted or something better/cheaper than OEM.

Can you send along the group buy info?

TIA

If the pads question was meant for me, I was going to post a new thread for what kind of pads to get.

You pose a fine question though...what kind do I get?

Another way I could have (& probably should have) presented it is...for those who have something other than stock setup, was there a night/day difference over the performance of OEM discs & pads?

TIRERACK.COM I just got brembo rotors there for my 96i30 for 100 a pair. They have ceramic brake pads that i got as well. Installed over the weekend and love the combo.

For the pads, I got the Satisfied Pro Ceramic set and they are half the weight of my worn pads while performing beautifully.

I know you just installed the brakes over the weekend and this is probably too early to ask, but how quiet are they? and how dusty do they make your wheels?

Thanks for the feedback bros... (I sure didn't mean to steal the thread but hopefully it will assist the originator all the same.)

The stealership wants 90 for each disc & 75 for the set of 4 pads to go on them.

For a few dollars more, I'm going to check out Tire Rack. Thanks again!

Very quiet , I don't know about dustage as it has only been a few days. From what I read though it is supposed to be a significant amount cleaner.

Awww geez! At Tire Rack, I saw the "Red Stuff", the slotted discs & braided lines and charged up $355. They're on the way.

I'm going to be in some trouble now....

Well, I wanted slotted rotors in the hopes they might not warp, but the cheapest I can find is at or more than $100 each. I'll probably go with the non-slotted or drilled Brembos on Tire Rack. I'll definitely be going with ceramic pads too.
