This looks a bit too flush and color matched to be a kit. Anyone know for sure? Does anyone have access to these faux wood trim pieces? specifically the one around the guage cluster?

 

Not sure if this will help you but B&I makes a standard or full wood dash kit that are kind of pricey. Here's a link which gives pricing and pictures of the kits.
