Has anyone installed the 3M coating on the headlights. I just picked up my I35 a few days ago and I only got the hood coated for now. I have used it before on my other cars but noticed that it appears to discolor more noticeably on the headlights. Since I have HIDs now, does it burn hotter and will the coating discolor faster?

I would have done a search for this but it appears the search function is disabled due to server resources.

Any pics would be helpful as well.

Uber-Oakley: Hi, I have the 96 I30 and I have a similar product on my Cefiro Headlights. I use the headlight protection from Stoneguard at www.stoneguard.com and have used them before on other cars of mine. i love them. They do not discolor and they protect your headlights from rocks at 160MPH from chips and cracks.
