says the I35 grille is a direct bolt on for the 00-02 I30.

To me this is great news as the I35 grill owns the I30 grill. The I30 grill seems so philmsy and weak. The I35 grill is beefy.
I post this and I hope this is new info to someone as no one has been able to tell me if this was possible.

Well this will definitely be a future mod of mine. Has anyone painted the I35 grill to match their paint? If so can someone point me to a pic?

 

It's amazing to me how often this is asked and how surprised people are when they find that it fits perfectly.

I can honestly say that it never really occurred to me that it wouldn't fit. I just went and did it one day cuz I didnt like the paradox grille I bought.

 

Does anyone know where the benz grill for 2000+ I30s can be found? Are there any Mesh grills for 200+ I30s?

 

I dont think paradox sells them any more (the benz grille).

If you want a mesh grille you might want to talk to SYcefiro. I think he had some available a while back.
