cefiro question.

okay...i got a pair of cefiro blacked out headlights.it was ebayed and it looks like it will handle 9004 bulbs.is this okay?
do i have a risk of melting the plastic or anything like that?

also the pair seems to be a complete kit. there are ballasts for everything- even the little city lights and the corners have ballasts too.
