Door Glass (Front) - Squeak/Squeal Noise

SERVICE INFORMATION
If an applied vehicle exhibits a squeak/squeal noise when the front door window glass goes up or down, use the following Service Procedure to resolve the incident, it it should occur.
SERVICE PROCEDURE
The following procedure applies to both front doors.
1. Determine the source of the squeak/squeal noise as follows:
A. Lower the front window glass(es).
B. Spray the window glass run rubber with silicone lubricant P/N 999MP-A3010 (or equivalent).
C. Raise and lower the window glass(es) several times.
^ If the squeak/squeal noise is gone, proceed with step 2 below.
^ If the squeak/squeal noise still exists, check for other causes of the noise.
2. Install the new front window glass run rubber(es) according to the "BT" section of the applicable Service Manual.
NOTE: Remove any debris (i.e., run rubber material, dirt, etc.) from both sides of the window glass surface, near the edge of the glass.
3. Raise and lower the window glass(es) several times to confirm the incident is resolved.

Okay I know this may show my limited knowledge but what exactly is a TSB as mentioned above? Is this something that the Infiniti dealer is supposed to fix for free? Like a recall notice?

haha, wait. Are you kidding me? do you realize how simple of a fix this is???? Do it yourself that way you don't have to worry about the techs spraying silicone spray all over your seats or something
