How to fix squeaky window?

I have a 2000 I30t. My driver's side window squeaks really bad when rolling it up or down. There any quick fix for this?

Okay I know this may show my limited knowledge but what exactly is a TSB as mentioned above? Is this something that the Infiniti dealer is supposed to fix for free? Like a recall notice?

it's a Technical Service Bulletin, there for the techs at the dealer. How many miles are on your car?

Thats why I asked. If it was a free fix I would take it in. Since its not. I will just do it myself. I just bought some new headlights so I will just do it when i put those in.
