Has anyone heard from Sycefiro lately?

3/27/06: I sent Sycefiro $95 for a trim kit for my '02 Infiniti and he wrote back and said I would receive tracking information within 2 days.

3/30/06: I did not hear from him, so I e-mailed him asking for an update. He said he would call overseas to see what is going on.

3/31/06: Sy wrote back and said his supplier said the dash kit is on back order for 1-2 weeks.

4/03/06: E-mailed Sy asking for an update.

4/04/06: E-mailed Sy asking for an update.

Today is 4/5 and still no response from Sycefiro since 3/31. Anyone else have a similar experience with their A33 dash kit?

Not with the dash kit, but communication in general, yeah, it's like that.

I've sent 3 or more consecutive emails in the past and never received a response and been forced to spend my money elsewhere.

Well, as long as he pulls through! I guess I'm simply accustomed to more responsive communication.

Then dont try Redlinemax, placed my order 2 weeks ago, called 3 times, nothing, no update, no product, my first and last order with them. I know they are moving and stuff, but if you can't keep up with your business, then pause it

Sorry, the dash kit is still back ordered. Longer than expected. I asked you end of March to see if you wanted to wait or if you wanted me to get you the refund. Your answer sounded like you'd wait.

Don't worry.. I will do my best to get this kit to you ASAP. Please be patient. Doing several things at once is tough. I am sorry for this. Because they had 2 in stock when you first emailed me. Then those got sold out quickly. And I had ask 'em to re-order.

Anyway.. I will call again tonite!

I guess you refer to the rear spoiler.. Sorry, the seller was NOT corresponsive with my supplier nor did they wanted to ship overseas! Plus they only made like less than 10 of those?

Usually, the OEM parts are easier to find... the aftermarket parts are rare sometimes. Sorry about that!

Whoa homey, put that on pause... I know them personally. If you have a problem with something, give them a call. What time are you calling? You know they do have business hours. Try calling around 11am.

That's cool, Sy, but you could have let me know that, you know?

No matter now. I found a substitute.

Sy,

Thanks for responding! I'll be as patient as I can. Let me know when you get some tracking information and/or what the supplier said when you called. Thanks again.

Anyone here own one of those double DIN dash kits? I'm seriously thinkin bout trackin one down thru our bud here, sycefiro. are the vents included? or do I need to pop out my existing vents and snap it into new kit?

Oh, and one more thing, is there a harness to temporarily convert my aftermarket head unit's signal to still be able to use the Bose amplifier? I plan on installing components all the way 'round, using my Infinity 4-Channel, so should I just wait an extra month or so and do it all at one time or is it a huge hassle to do one step at a time?
