Easy alternate fog rewire
Easy alternate fog rewire
I found an old thread here that redirected me to this link:

It seems to me that splicing into the tail lamp would be MUCH easier than snaking down to the side marker. Has anyone rewired using this method? I ask because step 9 says to splice into the red wire with green stripe and silver spots, but I assume since it is directions for Max rewire, the wire for our infiniti's will be different. If anyone has used this method of splicing, could you please tell me what wire from the tail (or similar) relay I should splice into?
Thanks for any help.

Why not just splice into the city bulb instead?
If you have an A33, you will splice the pink wire with green stripe (I think it's green) to the red wire going to the city light bulb. Pretty easy.
Not sure if the A32 is the same.

That's how I did it. Pink wire with some color stripe like NewLove says to the same wire shown in that write-up for the brake lights. It'll have the same effect whether you tap into the city lights or the brake.
Cool, I just didn't want to have to snake wire down to the side marker and take it out blah blah blah. I don't know why that method is listed as an answer in the FAQ. Seems like splicing in right at the fuse box would be the best way to go. Anywho, thanks for the replies.
