I noticed like 3 ways to rewire the fogs for a 99 I30 and was wondering if someone can set the record straight please let me know the correct way?

i dont think there is a right way or a wrong way (within reason) it's just what your more comfortable doing theres probably 100 different ways to wire them up but do you want to run a bunch of extra wires and relays?
just pick what way you feel is the best for you. and let us know what one you did
thanks mike

99 i30 fog rewire

Here's a valid excuse to revive this thread: the best version would be inside the relay box. My problem is the 99 i30t i have the relay box is configured totally opposite of all the posts i could find which are mostly of 95-97's, whether maxima or i30s. Of course not only are to positions of the relays backwards, the wires are different colors. Any one else with a 99 have any advise?

Just tap them to the corner lights and call it a day.

Yaa, that may work for you...but i have already wired my corners to my fogs, soo every combination i tried resulted in either not working at all, or all the time only turning off only when the key was off. I wanted the fog lights to work with both beams but still independently of the lights. Oh, well, stock is ok.
