I have a 2000 Infiniti I30 and i have a couple questions:

First, from what all my friends I have told me, my cats and O2 censor need to be replaced. I get a shaking in the car randomly and the Service engine light blinks fequently. Can anyone figure out what the probkem could be, or if my friends are right

Secondly, woudld the rims from this g35 fit on my I30










Finally, would a g35 exhaust fit good on my I30?

 

1. Retrieve the codes from the CEL to determine what needs to be replaced first.

2. Yes, the rims will fit.

 

How bout these rims, and would you happen to know the model number for both of them?

 

OK, being a noobie we are going to be nice. Here is a hint, look in the stickies on top of each forum. So if you had a wheel question, you go to the wheels and tires forum, look for the G35 rims thread. And no, a G35 exhaust will not fit. Any 00-03 Maxima exhaust will though.

 

^^ Yup. Just about any 5 bolt nissan wheel you can find will bolt up.

 

How much miles you have, i got 2000 i30 with same symtoms, i have 49 k.
If you get a code, go to Autozon - should be free, it's your "ignition coil"
Try to find out which coil, you have 6.
I just ordered 6 coil = $375.00 and spark plugs, should get them by tuesday.

Absolutely love them!
Once I get to sell my black rims, I'll get a set of those.
Now a days every car has black wheels

 

Echo what everyone else said...take it to some place like Autozone & have 'em read the CEL. Don't start replacing anything until you see that. Unfortunately, the computers they use at Autozone are sometimes really vague.
