Engine throwing P0138...

I got a P0138 code on the way home from work today. I know what it is (searched the forum), but I was wondering if I should worry a lot about it, or just reset it and move on.

Im going to reset it anyway, but if it comes back on, what should the fix be? Replace both rear sensors? Or just the one thats faulty? (bank 1 I believe). I assume if I go ahead and replace both, I should have the dealer reflash the PCM? (I believe thats still covered under warranty, yes?) Its an 01 I30 with 40K miles (just turned 40K over the weekend......so much for parts that can hold up to mileage).

Any idea which sensor on this page http://www.automedicsupply.com/catal...engine=V6-3.0L
is the correct sensor? The graphic in the TSB about these sensors doesnt really make it clear which position Im looking for compared to the chart the site lists.

Thanks!
-Chris

I would clear the codes and see if it comes back. If it does, then I would just bite the bullet and replace all of them because once one craps out, the other usually are not far off.
